I Help Direct Support Professionals Build Skills That Build Independence.
The Purpose Behind Compassionate Care Training Academy
Compassionate Care Training Academy was created from a simple belief: the people who dedicate their lives to supporting others deserve to feel supported, prepared, and confident too.
I know how demanding this work can be. I also know the incredible impact one well-trained, compassionate professional can have on someone’s life.
My purpose is to take what I’ve learned through years of real-world experience and turn it into practical tools and training that professionals can actually use.
Because this is bigger than completing a task, writing a note, or getting through a shift. It’s about helping people live with greater dignity, choice, confidence, and independence.
When we strengthen the people providing the support, we strengthen the lives of the people receiving it.
That is the heart behind Compassionate Care Training Academy.
My story
I believe in you
Do you ever feel like you’re expected to know exactly what to do, but no one has truly shown you how?
Maybe you care deeply about the people you support, but you want to feel more confident in your documentation, your approach, or the way you help someone build independence.
I believe great support professionals aren’t simply born. They are developed.
You deserve training that respects the work you do, builds on your strengths, and gives you practical tools you can actually use.
That’s why I created Compassionate Care Training Academy. I want you to leave my trainings thinking, “I understand this. I can do this. And I can make a difference.”
You already have the heart to support others.
Now let’s build the skills to match.
